Terms and Conditions


** Gratuity is NOT included on any of our fares and we recommend 20% be given directly to the driver OR it will be added AUTOMATICALLY to the reservation upon completion.**

** 20% gratuity will be added at the time of acceptance of any reservation for all transfers in the Miami, Ft.Lauderdale, New York, Atlanta, Nashville & California area.

Any cash given to the driver in these transfers will be considered extra gratuity and no refunds will be issued.**


Cancellation/Change Policy and Other Charges:

 

· Sedan, SUV & Vans: All changes must be made 12 hours prior to pick up time.

· Limousine & Minibus: All changes/cancellations must be made 3 days (72 hours) prior to pick-up time.

· All prices quoted are inclusive of tolls, tax, fuel, and any applicable charges.

· All hourly rates are subject to an hourly minimum of 4 hours.

· If cancellation is made outside the above cancellation policies, 100% of the trip total will NOT be charged and/or refunded.

· If cancellation is made between 4-6 hours before the pick-up time, 50% of the trip total will be applied or charged.

· If cancellation is made within the above cancellation policy, 100% of the trip total will be applied or charged.


Additional Charges

 

· Wait time is added after the first 15 minutes from the requested pickup time for non-airport trips. Our standard complimentary wait time for departures is 15 minutes, any additional minutes will have a charge of $1.50 per minute.

· Transfers between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM will have an additional surge charge of $25.00 added to any reservation booked during these times for in-town and $50.00 to out-of-town reservations.

At the Airport/Train: domestic air/train arrivals 30 minutes, international air arrivals 60 minutes. After the complimentary wait time, the waiting time will be charged in a Sedan-SUV-Sprinter for the amount of time used to the nearest 15-minute increment. All other vehicles will be charged $50 after the first 30-minute wait time has elapsed.

Additional charges may be incurred for (1) deviations from the requested service, such as extra terminal stops, extra stops en-route, waiting time, holiday and late-night surcharges, etc. (2) services in areas outside our corporate-owned locations. Vehicles in International Markets may incur a mileage charge, in addition to the hourly rate. These charges are subject to the time used and distance traveled.


Cleanliness and Damage to Vehicles

 

· FSE Luxury Transportation, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

· Cleaning fee is a minimum of $250.00

· Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, due to negligence. A minimum $250.00 fee is chargeable for vehicle damage due to passenger negligence.

· Smoking is prohibited in any vehicles of FSE Luxury Transportation, LLC.
